Full Journal pdf2014-02-21 Senate Journal Page 1718 HB 71 The following report was received and distributed at 3:20 p.m., February 19, 2014: 2014-02-21 Senate Journal Page 1719 February 19, 2014 Mr. President: Mr. Speaker: The Free Conference Committee considered SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 71(FIN) and CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 71(FIN) and recommends FREE CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 71 "An Act relating to a vessel-based commercial fisheries limited entry system for the Bering Sea hair crab fishery; requiring the Commercial Fisheries Entry Commission to report biennially on the vessel-based limited entry fisheries system for the Bering Sea hair crab fishery; establishing the Alaska regional economic assistance program; requiring the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development to compile an annual report to the legislature regarding statewide and regional economic development projects and regional development organizations; and providing for an effective date." (Title Change SCR 9) be adopted.
